APPLY THE BASICS - GET RESULTS!!

Have a look at this great example that my good friend and associate Kenn Smart provided. It's based on an existing mine in Guinea, and the idea is to showcase the significant increase in terms of TRUCK PRODUCTIVITY as well as FUEL EFFICIENCY by getting the BASICS sorted. Furthermore, by running simulations in HAULSIM, we can PROVE and QUANTIFY the upside potential of getting the BASICS right.
