REHAB COST OF IN-PIT DUMPING IN WHITTLE??

For the Whittle experts: how do you accurately assign rehab cost to waste if you know that not all the waste is going to end up on a waste dump? I guess if you know the in-pit dumping percentage beforehand, you can use that ratio on the rehab cost... Or is there maybe another way?
