FRIENDLY LOCALS INSPECT HAUL ROADS

During my site visit last week to Kolomela mine these friendly locals came to inspect the mine's haul road conditions. They informed me that they were quite pleased by the underfoot conditions of the roads and especially the pit floors in the pits, and wishes to convey the message to the mining team. It just goes to show - if you get the basics right, the safety and production results will award the effort you put in!
