CONGRATULATIONS GERCO & FIX!

What a pleasure I had this week to empower these energetic gentlemen from Kolomela mine in RPMGlobal's HAULSIM simulation package. The training was conducted on their own dataset, meaning they now have a live model that they can use when they go back to the mine. For Gerco and Afikile (better known as "Fix") the objective of using HAULSIM is to calculate the truck requirement for the mine's week plans. The discreet event simulation (DES) capability of HAULSIM allows very complex mining systems to be accurately simulated and scenarios tested. Congratulations gentlemen and keep up the good attitude!
